The woman who served me and my partner was very polite and welcoming. Very helpful and was just all around great! She informed us with all the information we needed and answered all questions asked. Tracey was amazing!

It is, of course, all down to the relationship between customer and potential salesperson - in our case, Naomi at Cwmbran store. (I promise, we had not knowingly met her before.) We needed three beds and two mattresses, one rather specialised. Naomi was happy to let us have a look around, without pressure. When we needed advice, she proved more than helpful and had excellent product knowledge. There was no rush. She at no time tried to hurry us. We left the building to think over all the information, returned, ordered one bed, left again, talked things over, then returned and purchased the other beds, mattresses and pillows. Naomi was delightful. She was patient, made us feel welcome and valued and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping and advising. It’s difficult to imagine that we would have spent over £3,000 had we been served by anyone else. Clearly, your recruitment and staff training are of a very high standard if Naomi is representative of all of your employees. Our shopping experience was most satisfying. Thank you.

Naomi was very friendly and professional. She listened to what we were asking and knew her products and explained them well. A most enjoyable visit.

Friendly staff, not pushy

Linda was amazing, I was buying a bed for my daughter, she explained the mattress finder machine, made us feel comfortable and welcome, was friendly and happy, gave us time to discuss what we wanted and generally made the whole experience quite lovely and easy. Thank you Linda 😊😊
