No pressure on looking very helpful and friendly assistants

Very helpful knowledgeable staff who fully explained everything.

On entry to the store in Cwmbran we were greeted by a very nice sales lady named Tracey who made us feel at ease, after talking to us and listening to our reason for visiting the store ( to purchase a new mattress for our King size bed) Tracey explained the Dreams process and importance of choosing a new mattress and listened and replied to any questions we had with confidence. Following the selection of our new mattress the order was placed with ease and speed, I must stress though that at no point in the process did we feel pressured in to making a purchase which was a nice experience compared to some stores that you visit, the delivery time was quoted as being up to 7 days but once the order was completed delivery was in 5 days, we have received numerous text messages keeping us informed of delivery process and times, all told the whole process has been an enjoyable experience (even if I did have to go home and lie down in a dark room to recover from the amount of money we spent lol). We would like to nominate Tracey at the Cwmbran store as employee of the Year.

The young lady that served us was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic without being pushy. She helped us make an informed decision on which mattress was best for us in a matter of minutes. We’d been putting off buying a new bed and mattress for years because we didn’t know what we wanted/needed but we needn’t have worried.
