From the time I stepped into the cwmbran store, it was clean, tidy and easily accessible. The staff member then greeted me to show me the sleepmatch, which was absolutely amazing. After that experience we were offered refreshments. The staff member then took me around to the top 5 mattresses that suited what the sleepmatch had identified. The staff member spray cleaned the items I was using and brought along a pillow when testing the mattresses. I narrowed my search down from 5 to 3 to 2 and then my final choice. The staff member was extremely helpful and honest when making my decisions. She included all the item details and more. Her knowledge was second to none! The process was so quick and easy. We sat down to complete the purchase where the staff member took me through a break down of all my costs and discussed the removal of my old mattress. We were again offered refreshments. Overall great experience.

All of the staff were so helpful and friendly from the minute I walked in. Lynne who served me was great and so so helpful. She made sure I was more than happy with my choices before I made a final decision.

Lynne met us and greeted us found out our need and explained the mattress test which she took us through. Explained the out come and why she was cleaning the mattress and why we had our own pillow to go around. We were shown each mattress and not rushed and even revisited some of the options. At each mattress Lynne explained the benefits. When we finally chose we then went through base and headboard and again Lynne was there to advise and did not rush us. Upon making a decision we went to the sales desk, offered refreshment and went through our requirements and non requirements, again Lynne explaining our options. I felt that my need were the sole concern of Lynne and did not feel I was being forced to buy there and then
