Tracey was very attentive & helpful. Only criticism would be the sleep machine only points you to expensive mattresses. The ones we tried started at £1,000.

The sales guy (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. His knowledge of the mattresses and the difference in their performance was fascinating. He talked us through each of our options. His customer centricity was a welcome change. He is a great asset to Dreams

The sales assistant Chris went out of his way to find the bed we were looking for. We didn’t want a mattress but his knowledge and advise led to us purchasing a mattress

The bedroom furniture was not displayed in the store that we wanted so we were offered for them to be ordered through the store there and then. We have just moved house and we wanted furniture to match the wardrobes left in the house. Very pleased.

Tracey was very welcoming, knowledgeable, understood our needs and found us the exact product to meet our needs. She was very patient and helpful with my husband who has dementia, talking to him to make sure the product was suitable for him.

I found everything I needed quickly your colleague Lynne James was very friendly and very knowledgeable she had all the answers to my questions, I also found her colleagues where very friendly too, the store was well laid out and spacious, delivered date was sooner than I expected so was very happy with that.

We were looked after By Tracey, who had a wonderful manner and consideration for our requirements, and she did not at any time try to pressure us into a sale. Tracey was also able to make direct enquiries on our behalf regarding potential stock and delivery dates, whilst we continued to examine other choices of stock. We were offered refreshments and facilities for comfort break, and at all times the Covid social distancing and cleanliness was exemplary. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we departed with a very high degree of confidence in our final selection and agreement with Dreams.
