Absolutely fantastic assistance as soon as we entered Dreams well we're made very welcome by the very friendly Lynne L .Telling Lynne we had no knowledge of the difference between the mattresses available we were soon more knowledgeable by the very professional Lynn L who explained very thing we needed to know

We were warmly greeted and assisted by Lynne. She explained the pros and cons of each mattress we tried. She did not pressure us at all but was readily available when we had questions. She was very friendly and professional.

The staff took the time to understand our needs and made appropriate recommendations which will ( hopefully ) improve the quality of life

The shop was beautifully laid out. It took a while to decide what I wanted as there was so much to chose from. The staff were so helpful and no unwanted pressure. I was very pleased with the matress I chose and I will certainly shop there again. A few of my friends had recommended me to your store and I will pass that recommendation to others. Thank you very much.

The assistant who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the differences in all the mattresses and gave us space try them and chat about what we thought before coming back to ask how we were getting on. Lynne was very good at explaining everything in a clear and concise way and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Very helpful and pleasant, not pushy but asked if we needed any help or were just browsing within minutes of entering the store then gave us advice, time and space to try out beds with appropriate pillows, which we also bought.

Friendly staff who let us look around on our own and didn't jump on us as soon as we walked through the door. This has happened in other shops we have been too and it's very off putting.

The customer service was excellent. Sales assistant took time to listen and gave back relevant advice. Shared her experience. She was really friendly. Even offered hot and cold drinks :) We are extremly happy that we were able to make up our minds and made a purchase on the same day. Obviously your sales assistants are doing a good job.
