Very informative, polite, patient server named Tracey was great throughout our visit to our local store in Cwmbran.

We were greeted by the sales team on our arrival to the store and made to feel welcome. The Sales Assistant Lynne James 093Aol9910 took care to understand our needs which were met. Thank you Lynne.

After looking through various bed stores me and my partner wasn’t satisfied with a mattress to suit our needs and was told to get ones we didn’t find comfy so after going to the Cwmbran store and being accompanied by your staff member Tracey who was absolutely lovely and helpful she sat us on the bed machine to find the perfect mattress and offered us tea and water she found us the perfect mattress. Tracey also helped find the perfect pillow for our needs after suffering migraines from incorrect cheaper pillows. The pillow she found us are amazing and done a fabulous deal. My migraine have now gone and I wake up pain free. After telling her that we wasn’t looking to buy until another six weeks she wasn’t pressuring us to buy but assured us that we will still give us a good price and remember what we needed. When we returned after missing out on the companies 10% off she still managed to get a god deal on pillows, mattress protection and also an 8 year warranty/ insurance for a very reasonable price.

When we got into the store we was approached by Lynne L (store manager) she asked us what we was looking for, sat us down and got us to lye on the smart bed so it could take our body postures and then advised us on our options of matresses best suited to us. We did change our minds on different bed frames and mattresses and she was very paitent and delt with us proffesionally. She gave is a really good deal on the whole package and we got a tempur matress cover. The delivery date was actually 10 days earlier than the initial date she gave us so was pleased with that.The overall experience was fast and pain free. Definatley would recommend people to buy at this store and ask for lynne (storr manager) thank you again
