Store has a great selection of beds/mattresses. We were given assistance by Tracey, who pointed out alternative mattress types & was helpful, but not "full on & in your face". She let us try different pillows, got us refreshments & gave us details re interest free option - all done in a friendly & professional manner. Once we'd decided on our purchase she explained everything re delivery, service plan, finance etc. Her colleague was also friendly & assured us that we'd made a good choice. Everyone at the store were friendly.

I was served by Lyn j who was very pleasant and knowlagble on the products that I purchased. I was made comfortable and offered a cuppa on my arrival. I will recommend to friends and family. Definitely will use Dreams again .
