Visited the Cwmbran store and greeted by Conor, he was very informed and assisted us with our inquiries, providing samples and allowing us to test the mattresses. He talked us through several different options allowing us to understand and compare the differences in products/ brands. He was very helpful talking us through delivery and honest in his own opinion and past expeeince.

A VERY RELAXED ATMOSPHERE IN STORE WITH NO PRESSURE SELLING. WE WERE ABLE TO BROWSE AROUND AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WHEN REQIURED.

I would like to think Lynne L for her service and attention she paid to my needs as i wasn't 100% sure what i wanted but she spent time and explained advantages and diss advantages of some of the things i was looking for. She works in the Cwmbran office we were also offered tea and coffee which was very nice and it was not out of a machine. We also decided to take advantage of your 0% offer which was also very quick to do

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products but more importantly took the time to listen to us and our needs and used that knowledge appropriately. We weren't rushed and were actually encouraged to take our time to make the right decision for us. We were assisted throughout the purchase and at no time did this feel as if we were being coerced into a purchase. The staff at the Cwmbran store especially Tracey are your best assets.
