Tracey was very informative patient and understanding and went above and beyond to help us.she was very friendley and genuine and couldent do enough for us.she made the difference between us buying a bed from yourselfs or bensons beds and is a credit to your company.

The sales person greeted us as soon as we entered the store, she took us around the store making sure we tried various beds and pillows. And she did not bat an eye lid when we told her we were going to Benson beds to look. When we returned from Benson she asked if we were ready to order and quickly took us through the process adding pillows and warranty. Her name was Tracey.

Sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable and was most helpful also offered us tea or coffee

I was looked after by Conor at the Cwmbran store. He was very knowledgeable relating to the products on offer. His advice was also impartial, so it was very easy to make an informed decision surrounding the budget that I was working with and the requirements that I had. He was very good humoured too, the whole process was very relaxed.

I felt it was my needs that were being considered and not the assistant's to be able to achieve targets. Not at any time did I feel I was given the hard sell! I came away from the store with only what I wanted and to me that is everything. The information and advice I received was at a level that I had confidence that it was real and sincere.

Tracey was extremely helpful. The knowledge she had about the beds and different options and her friendly disposition meant we brought our custom from elsewhere to dreams. We felt extremely happy with the service we received and would recommend this store in particular to anyone looking for a bed. We can’t thank Tracey, the manager and the other staff at dreams enough.

We had no waiting around, Lynne explained everything once we told her our requirements and, the good bit, we were left alone, no hovering shop assistance! While we made up our mind. Once we had decided on what we wanted we found Lynne very easily and the transaction was easy, with fill explanations on the way. Not like some shops we have been in whereshop assistant hangs around and keeps banging on about the goods, this usually ends up getting something we don’t really need or usually just walking out.
