We had the layout of the store explained by Conor as it was our first time in the store and we had space to look without a hard sale. When we had tried a lot of the beds and got it down to a few Conor assisted when needed. The best part was he was there to help but didn't push us for a sale.

We chose the frame some time ago and to have a further 20% reduction with a great reduction on the mattress was highly satisfying. The sales assistant was also respectful and didn’t force us to purchase or pounce on us as soon as we arrived.

Tracey ,who dealt with us remembered us from our previous visit a few months earlier She served us on that occasion too When we explained what we were looking for she showed us a few options and helped too decide what was best for us She offered us coffee which was very much appreciated and delicious The other staff were very friendly too Our order was placed and deposit paid and all the information we needed was given to us while we finished our coffee Overall a very easy and relaxed way to purchase a new bed I would most definitly recommend a visit to this store

We ere served by Lynne, excellent knowledge of mattresses and first class advice. She was professional and did not rush or pressure us when trying beds or push us for a sale. Advice given on pillows and mattress cover. This was an excellent service, well done Lynne!!!

Assistance was very patient whilst my wife and I pondered over the correct product. She was attentive to our questions, and invested time to secure the sale

The bed frame I bought was on offer at a great price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
