The lady Tracey was very helpful and friendly

I was very impressed by the courtesy and product knowledge that Tracy has. We perchased a number of items including Two mattresses on our returning to home I was fileing the documents I came across the documents from our last transaction And noticed that our old mattresses were still covered by your insurance. I contacted Tracy to ask her to hold the order she advised me to ring customer services On Monday and they will advise me what to do.

Very helpful and answered all my questions,and had a sense of humour.

The service from Lynne James was excellent, no pressure, I was left alone when appropriate, and her knowledge was good. I didn't buy at the time, I returned later after having time to consider it, and Lynne was fine with that.

I knew what I wanted going into the store but the assistance of the store manager Lynne was exceptional. She made me feel at ease spending the amount of money I was spending and even offered me a coffee to feel relaxed. She explained the different options available with the TV Bed and talked through the 0% finance available to my partner and I. She was courteous and treated us with respect, not pushing for a sale and any unnecessary “add-ons”. I’d recommend her and her equally fantastic staff to all my friends and family.

having purchased our last bed from Dreams 8 years ago, we decided it was time to re-new the mattress and pillows as our sleep quality was being affected. We spoke to Lynne L,, and she went out of her way to provide us with a thorough testing of the types of mattresses available. We weren't made to feel rushed, nor did she try to push higher priced mattresses. We always felt that we were in control. after choosing our mattress, she made the purchasing very sleek and the tea was great:))) We know Dreams quality and aftercare are good, but Lynne made the experience pleasant. Her product knowledge is admirable and her personality fab. An asset to you. Well Done Lynne (L)!!
