We were highly satisfied without experience today because when we came in we were able to look around without being hounded by anyone straight away. Tracey came over at the right time When we needed help and advice. She was very knowledgeable. She asked us what our needs were why we were needing a new mattress and pointed us in the right direction of choosing the correct one for us. She was very caring even supplying pillows to give us the full sleeping experience. Once happy with the choice she provided us with drinks and went throughout explained delivery process and finance process clearly. Very very helpful.

Lynne was very helpful showing us the options of beds including colour swatches. She took interest in our requirements. We were offered drinks. She also allowed us to try cool pillows.
