We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams today mostly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Lynne L, our showroom assistant was knowledgeable and was completely up for working out and negotiating the best deals. Also, as today we were shopping for bedroom furniture, Lynne L was very thorough in explaining the different types of mattresses to suit people's personal needs.

We were met with a cheerful welcome and a wave from the manager Lynne, who gave us her undivided attention and went the extra mile to ensure that we made the right choice of bed to meet our needs. She was extremely professional but not overwhelming. Her product knowledge was 100% and we felt that the whole experience was painless and enjoyable. She even makes a decent coffee.

The assistant was very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. We researched the product online and it was immediately available to test for comfort.

We were looked after by Lynne (the boss) she gave us plenty of time to look around and offered us a drink . Then talked everything through and no pressure to buy , even advised us to go home measure up and think about it . After sleeping on it we went back Sunday morning to purchase our bed . Lynne was amazing, funny and very helpful and of course we shared a nice cold drink , couldn't have asked for more

Lynne was so friendly and helpful. Gave us a great deal and was exceedingly patient whilst I struggled with my memory to get all the information needed for the credit application. Made our dog welcome too and got him water as it was too hot to leave him in the car. She even held him while we tried out beds.

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Left to have a look around before being offered assistance. Friendly not pushy staff. Help available when needed, and advice on products. Very easy to place the order and super quick delivery time which was the icing on the cake. No pushy sales people. Very helpful and good knowledge of products. Have used dreams before, quality of products is great and will be using again.

Fantastic customer service. ... taken to the next level. Accommodating our need to have our dig with us and providing water Even held dig while we tried the beds. So patient whilst I struggled with my memiry completing the credit forms. Wonderful experience all round.

We were highly satisfied without experience today because when we came in we were able to look around without being hounded by anyone straight away. Tracey came over at the right time When we needed help and advice. She was very knowledgeable. She asked us what our needs were why we were needing a new mattress and pointed us in the right direction of choosing the correct one for us. She was very caring even supplying pillows to give us the full sleeping experience. Once happy with the choice she provided us with drinks and went throughout explained delivery process and finance process clearly. Very very helpful.
