I was greeted by Conor, who was very helpful and gave me a few options for mattresses that matched my criteria. I was then left to try and decide which I really appreciated. No hard sales, just very helpful

I found the experience seamless, no waiting around, the assistant (Lynne L) was able to show me everything I wanted to view the whole process was swift but not at all rushed. the assistant was also able to give me advice when I was unsure.

We were greeted by Lynne(L) who understood our needs completely, she allowed us the time to make decisions discussed interest free finance with us and was generally very friendly whilst remaining professional and courteous. This is the second time I have used this store and have found both visits were equally positive.

We received an excellent service for Tracey at your Cwmbran store she asked us what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction, she gave us information on each product and answered all our question, providing us with a few choices.Tracey was very friendly and patient.

We were buying a bed for my son, who is autistic and he feels uncomfortable around people he doesn't know, Lynne answered our questions and gave us space to discuss the answers which meant that he felt as comfortable as he could. That understanding goes a long way.
