Naomi was very friendly and knowledgeable, she took us through finance options available to us, use of the mattress machine to determine which type of mattress which was most suited to us. Offered us drinks. We were also met at the door by the manager of the shop.

We were greeted in store on entry by a very pleasant knowledgeable lady who made sure we found what we were looking for without being pushy and with excellent knowledge of every mattress that we tried .I would highly recommend this store and assistant to my friends .

Tracey was very professional with a warm friendly manner. Tracey multitasked between us and another couple competently so we were both trying different beds which she recommended. Tracey had excellent communication skills and provided excellent hospitality with refreshments.

staff were friendly and welcoming - knew what they were doing and knew their stock to recommend the best product for our needs - the good part was i don't have to wait weeks for my delivery where must other places quoted approx 3-4wks waiting period - easy to order and pay - no waiting to be served - and we liked the 30 day trail and how easy it would be to return if our mattress is not suitable - was fully explained before buying which was the reason we went ahead with our purchase - all in all excellent experience

Naomi and Tracy were extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions professionally. There was a server issue which they were unable to overcome as the technical department they needed to reach were unavailable, but they apologised and were very kind.
