Linda L was very friendly and helpful, she engaged in conversation to find out what our needs were. The whole process was made easy as a result of her pleasant demeanor and product knowledge.

The bed was for my father, he'87 and suffers from dementia and has slight back problems, Conor had plenty of patients and didn'the rush, give us, giving us the advise to ease pressure on the back. When we came back home that's all I had all afternoon how nice Conor was to him (lol)

My personal circumstances include managing daily living with a physical disability that causes reduced mobility. In order to meet my requirments the bed purchase needed to accommodate these needs. With the help and expertise of Lynne Llewellyn I came from the store feeling confident that my purchase fulfilled all the necessary criteria. I was treated with amazing care and concern . All my questions were answered with skill and understanding and I would certainly recommend Dreams store in Cwmbran to anyone seeking expert assistance, advice and guidance. I called in after a long day in work and with my 3 year old son. Lynne L was absolutely awesome in selling me exactly what I wanted for the right price and with a perfect delivery time, plus extras which will prove very useful for me. All done so quickly my toddler didn't have time to get bored. Exactly the service I like (and unfortunately rarely receive). An absolute pleasure to go into Dreams Thank you.

When we entered dreams Cwmbran, Conor greeted us in a warm, friendly way, asked what we were looking for & gave us advice, guidance and direction. He allowed us time & space to browse at our leisure, every now &then checking if we needed any help, answering the many questions we had. He was knowledgeable & shared from his personal experience, made us feel completely comfortable, didn't rush us, encouraged us to take our time, happy to answer every question & was very knowledgeable about the products. When we wanted a bed frame that wasn't available in superking, he went above &beyond to try and found out if it would be possible to source this to our requirements. Although we weren't able to get it, we felt confident that Conor did everything he could to assist us. On our 2nd visit Conor was equally friendly and helpful, again giving plenty of time both for browsing but nearby to help with questions, without feeling we were being watched or pressured. He was extremely helpful, laid back, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable both visits. when I visit again I will ask specifically for him to help us!

We were served by Lynne L at the Cwmbran store. She greeted us in a pleasant manner and offered us a drink immediately. She had good product knowledge and was not pushy regarding our order which some salespersons can be during a sale.
