Very helpful and friendly staff who had lots of knowledge on what they were selling and could advise us according to what we were looking for, lovely tidy and spacious store with plenty of choice and some great deals

The store assistant offered her help after seeing us browsing for single beds and explained the quality and recommended the appropriate mattress at the acceptable price. She very efficiently completed the order paperwork and arranged a suitable delivery time at no extra charge. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the store and shopping there again

The Assistant Manager Tracey was very professional, she listened to my requirements and facilitated everything I asked. In order to speed up delivery she split my order into two and then telephoned yesterday to say that she was able to offer early delivery on the second item. Again friendly and professional manner.
