Tracey was very helpful, offered me a cup of coffee and could see I was struggling with a walking stick, offered for me to sit down whilst my daughter chose the mattress.

So happy with my visit to dreams. First time buying a mattress and wanted to make sure I got the right one. Tracey was very informative and offered different suggestions. She offered us tea and coffee, explained the layout of the products and then helped us choose the right delivery day to suit us. Would definitely visit here again

Lynne at the Cwmbran store was friendly and very professional. It felt more like customers service than a sales experience. We wanted a mattress and she wanted us to have the perfect mattress for us and our budget. Will definitely shop here in future and recommend to everyone.

In store Lynne approached us quickly, Lynne was very helpful in understanding our needs, her product knowledge was excellent the sales transaction was carried out quickly and professionally we were also offered refreshments which was a nice touch.
