Extremely helpful member of staff, Tracey. Helped us with the different needs we had for a mattress and bed, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We were allowed to browse without being hurried, the assistant was most helpful en questions were asked, she was not pushy trying to encourage us to buy a dearer product. Was very helpful and understanding with the 2 small children who were with us. We received the same level of service as we had received on a previous visit. having chosen our product the ordering process was quick and easy. We were offered a drink and use of the toilets which with 2 small children was essential. The attention we received encouraged us to buy an additional item.

The person who helped us with our selection was very informative and was not in any way pushy to sell. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst he put our details on computer and provided us with the relevant paperwork.

We were served by the assistant manager of the store, she was friendly and welcoming and knew a lot about each item, she was able to give us the information we needed to make an informed decision on our purchase

The store assistant manager Tracey was very knowledgeable and efficient and pointed us I the right direction to the product that met our needs

although staff very attentive they did not hassle in any way and were very patient and knowledgeable on product. the delivery was also very proffessional
