Dreams - Cwmbran

I was served by the Assistant Manager Tracey, she was very patient understood our needs and recommended exactly what we asked for. It was a very easy shopping experience made by the staff member who knew every product and guided to the right bed.

We were served by Conor at the Cwmbran store. After listening to our needs he narrowed our search to two mattresses. We went on to buy one of these with new pillows and mattress cover. We received coffee and biscuits while we waited for a computer to become available. Delivery was very efficient. We received email and text before hand and phone call the morning of delivery. Everything was perfect and last night ewe enjoyed a restful nights sleep on our new mattress. Thank You Dreams.

We were greeted by a lady who was kind but the guy called mike was so lovely, kind and patient. He took the time to explain things, made us a cup of coffee and gave us space to decide ourselves. To be honest you need more staff like him because he was spot on

We were greeted by Tracy at the Cwmbran store and asked how she could help. She gave us options to suit our needs and budget. Very friendly and helpful without being pushy in anyway. I couldn't find a headboard I wanted at the right price, so she managed to find something in the sale in the back of the store. She even managed to throw in a few extras which made us extremely happy.. She offered us and the kids a drink too. Couldn't no enough for us. Top Marks for Tracy who served us today, we are extremely happy !

Hate being pressured by sales personnel, in this store after an initial acknowledgement was happily left to browse. When we had chosen a bed Lynne Jones recognised we required assistance and approached us. We were offerred and accepted a really good mug of tea and coffee, my husband even got biscuits! Lynn answered all enquiries on the quality of the mattress in a knowledgeable and pleasant manner with again no pressure to buy. As a result we went ahead with the purchase. We were given explanations all through the order process and she even arranged a delivery day that suited us perfectly. Cannot fault her customer service and professionalism. Observations of other staff gave a similar inpression. A very pleasant experience and will recommend Dreams to friends and family. thank you.
