The lay out of the store which was very inviting and plenty of products to choose from, also the cleanliness of the store. the person that served us was very polite and very knowlegable regarding the product we were shown.

Tracey was great in helping me with my first visit and I needed to measure, I rang the following day to place my order

We were greated on arrival and were able to look round without feeling any pressure. We had to pop home but when we returned to make a purchase the assistant remembered us and greated us again. Tracey was very friendly and not pushy. As we ended up spending more than we had originally planned she extended the payment plan to make sure we weren't too stretched.

The service was Excellent the staff made you feel comfortable and they were able to help me with what I wanted. The staff was kind and friendly towards me I would highly recommend it to anyone

Upon entering the store, we wandered for a few moments before being politely greeted by Tracey, one of the employees working at the Cwmbran store at the time. We discussed the different options available, and what I was looking for more specifically. Tracey took extra care to show us around all of the beds and optional extras that would meet my needs. Once happy with what I had selected, we were promptly discussing pricing options, and offered beverages whilst we waited for the finance application on the brilliant finance deals pointed out to us. Tracey went out of her way to make sure we were well accommodated.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT DREAMS, MY ONLY CONCERN WAS WITH THE DELIVERY DATE. WHEN I GO LOOKING FOR A NEW PRODUCT I FEEL 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY IS TOO LONG.

The store colleague Tracey was very knowledgeable about the products and when informing her of my needs she was very happy to show how the beds can be adapted to suit them. The store had a lot of beds with a number of different options.

Very helpful staff, took time to explain everything about the beds we looked at. The purchase of a bed was quick and easy

Somebody there to greet us when we entered the store. People available to talk to about products but not following us around as in some stores!
