Lynne (the store manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds. She didn't rush us and tried different combinations for our needs

We had visited the store previously to look for a new bed. The sales person remembered our previous visit and was able to identify the bed we had liked even though the store had moved around. Once we had made our decision we were quickly taken to a desk to start the sales process even though the store was quite busy. The transaction was seemless.

Tracey(store assistant) had a lovely smiley attitude, nothing was too much trouble. She fulfilled what we required totally. She also made a nice cup of coffee. My wife and I would have no problem recommending people go to Dreams for a purchase.
