My wife and I are extremely disabled. The support we received from Lynne L - Cwmbran Store, throughout the whole time within the Store was exellent and showing empathy and a willingness for assistance in understanding every step of the simple process. Lynne L iwillingness to assist was extremely highly regarded by both my Wife and I.

Was seen to very quickly and order the bed and mattress we wanted straight away was very friendly, even offered tea or coffee etc. Was served by conner of the cwmbran store and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of what we needed and the requirements we needed was met regarding to the height of the mattress needed for a top bunk etc

After 20 years with our old mattress , things had changed we found the assistance took the time to advise and explain the different types of mattresses available and what would suit our needs . We were very happy and satisfied also glad we decided to go to Dreams

We were not rushed into buying but advised by the assistant who was very knowledgeable and so it made finding the bed for us much easier.

Lynne was lovely and found us the perfect deal! She made suggestions, comments and also a cup of tea! Great service!

Lynne at the Cwmbran store was excellent, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Lynne really helped me to narrow down the choices and eventually find a bed and mattress from the extensive choice. I couldn't fault the service and am looking forward to receiving the products! 10/10 all round!

Tracey welcomed my children and me into store and offered help straight away without being overbearing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly to my children which made our visit much more enjoyable.

Tracey was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of your products. Her advice was excellent and delivered in such a way s as not to appear 'too salesy'. she showed us various options before allowing us to make our decision unhindered.
