The level of service myself and my husband received in your Cwmbran Store by Tracey was absolutely outstanding. She understood everything we wanted she didn’t pressure us into a sale, she let us take our time and gave her valuable knowledge throughout our trip. This customer service made us feel extremely welcome and we didn’t feel the need to leave the store and look elsewhere. Thank you so much Tracey.

TRACEY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DIDN'T PUSH FOR SALE AND GAVE US PLENTY OF TIME AND INFORMATION, SHE GAVE US TIME TO MAKE A DECISION AS TEMPUR MATTRESSES ARE DEAR., SHE OFFERED US A DRINK AND MADE US FEEL VERY RELAXED. I AM PLEASED SHE SERVED US.

Browsed the fully stocked show room without being pounced on by sales assistants. A very helpful, knowlegable and friendly assistant was immediately available when we required one. Didn't feel under pressure to buy even when given a price. Order placed, given good range of delivery slots and all terms, conditions and extra costs explained. Very satisfied.

I found it confusing and difficult to find a mattress to suit our needs. My partner and I suffer with bad backs and have put it down to our mattress. On attending Dreams Cwmbran Lynne L, manager, was extremely helpful. she asked what our issues were and showed us numerous mattresses that she believed would suit us. Lynne clearly has excellent knowledge of the products sold in store. Lynne was not pushy at all which can sometimes a concern. After spending time with us she left us alone to try the mattresses. We purchased a mattress and Lynne allayed my fear of paying a lot of money for a mattress only to still have problems with out back by explaining that we could exchange if necessary.

The lady who served us was fantastic, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

Myself and my wife had been looking for a new bed and we went to dreams first we were greeted by Lynne James who was very helpful but with no pressure to buy but we decided to look around elsewhere we decided to return to dreams after shopping around with no luck and we were greeted by the same assistant and she remembered us from days previous again she was more than helpful and very welcoming she made it very easy to spend £2600 couldn't have asked for better service

As discussed at the time with Tracey(Cwmbran Dreams), both my wife and I have had several beds which have proved unsatisfactory. Tracey was obviously very knowledgeable and patient, which helped us feel confident that she would help us find the right bed. We had made an appointment, but arrived earlier than expected, but we were made to feel comfortable and were helped immediately. We tried several beds which, together with Tracey's advice, helped us come to the final outcome. Altogether, a very satisfactory and pleasurable visit. A special mention must be made regarding Tracey's professional manner and advice, and pleasant character.
