Service received was exceptional. From choosing the right bed to placing the order. Simon was very knowledgeable about the products bought. Overall a very good customer experience.

From the time we walked through the door it became about my husband and I. The focus more on myself being disabled and in pain, hence the reason for a new bed. The Tempura machine was a great aid, making it easier to make a choice. It was also satisfying due to the friendly and professional manner portrayed by Tracey throughout our visit.

I was very ably assisted by Simon at the Cwmbran store. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the price range I was looking it. I was impressed with delivery time quoted and am looking forward to a good nights sleep on my new mattress.

The lady that served us was in the middle of training another member of staff which she did very well and at the same time serving us as customers her name was Naomi she didn't try to push the most expensive mattress and offered us an alternative which suited our budget

The assistant was very helpful and spent time to get to know what we needed and find the right options for us. We were also able to get the items in a timely way, under a week for delivery, perfect.

We were served by Tracie (assistant manager) and were very pleased with her knowledge and attention to us, she has a very pleasant manner when dealing with clients and when we placed the order she showed us exactly what she was doing, overall a ver.y pleasant experience
