The lady that served me,Lynne James was very good offering me tea or coffee, let me tryout the mattress before I bought it, explained the 8 year warranty in full and the price,I found this was excellent,she also told me about the mattress protector being waterproof,and by taking the 8year warranty that I got the mattress protector for free,she explained the delivery in great detail, she was very friendly and very helpful to me in every way, I would definitely recommend your shop and the great customer service you provide.

I was in and out of the store in less that 30 minutes. I stated what I was looking for and the staff member recommended the bed and the deals that could be included. Very good and just the way I want to shop for household goods!

As soon as we have walked in Cwmbran store, we have received warmed welcome, also been offered drinks and if we need any help. We said, that we would like to explore it our self. Tracey - lady, who later helped us to complete 0% APR loan, said, yes, no problem, if you need any help, I am here. And left us alone to do our exploring part. Today, we wanted to buy a new bed. So we have visited many other stores, but in yours we were given time to explore it by our self without being pressurized to buy it. I absolutely loved it as we were feel free to explore without being pushed in to purchase. As soon as we have choose the right bed for us, we have asked a few questions, which were all answered without any delay.
