Staff member Lynne James . Not pushy , gave us time to browse, then asked if we needed assistance.

Tracey was very welcoming and helpful. She didn’t follow us around which can be annoying but advised us on things we needed to know then popped back 4-5 times to make sure we were ok. She gave us specula pillows to try with the beds which was a lovely touch, she also gave us lots of hot beverages and kept us smiling. Tracey was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Dreams Store 093.

We went to the store looking for mattress, the assistant asked if we required help, asked if we were looking for a specific type, what the price range was we were looking at, all requirements were met by the assistant,she was not pushy just helpful.

Tracey the deputy manager was really helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us time to think about the bed and afforded us privacy to discuss. She was really efficient.

Found mattress straight away and was dealt with straight away, paid cash so was in and out with I'm 5/10 minutes.

A good store the assistant manager was very knowledgeable and gave us time to consider our needs and purchase without pressure.

The sales lady (lynne J) was really lovely. We had an idea what we wanted but she spent loads of time getting us to try different mattresses and pillows and was so patient when we kept going back to the last one we tried..

lynne was the person I dealt with she was very helpful and informative,showed me all the choices and made my decision very easy.

Lots of choices. Assistants very helpful and friendly. Don’t have to wait too long for delivery.
