Dreams - Cwmbran

Myself and my wife were greeted very politely when we entered the store given time to browse without being hassled also the way I was kept informed of the delivery of my products it was exactly what me as a customer liked

Tracey came to greet us and asked if we needed help on which she was very helpful and understanding She also asked us if we would like a tea coffee or water while we were trying to decide . She made our purchase easy and as pleasant as it could be

The lady that assisted me at the cwmbran store (tracey) was very understanding and helped with alot with what i required

Staff were very helpful in finding the right matress for me.

Courtney, although new, was very helpful and friendly. The only minuscule error she made was not her fault - the counter notice states that orders over £100 are entitled to free delivery and those under £100 are subject to a small delivery charge. The order I placed was £100 exactly - where does this place the delivery charge? This needs to be better worded, both for new members of staff, but also for the customer. If I had been in charge I would have given free delivery! Other than this everything went very well.

Had great assistance and service from my assistant courtney in the Cwmbran store, she was very informative, explained all deals on in store which made me make my informed decision on my purchase
