Purchased 2 pillows a couple of weeks earlier and very pleased with the service so happy to return to purchase the Tempura mattress.Had shopped around but service received from Lynne was second to none so easy decision to return to Dreams store.

We were allowed to try out all the relevant mattresses without any pressure. When we were ready for assistance Tracy was there to help us. I must say that Tracy was very knowledgable about the products she was selling and is an asset to your company.

Staff were attentive, showed me what I was looking for, also I made a mistake ordering and had to return to the store were they sorted it no hassle and brought the delivery date forward a week

Good service by Elizabeth, very helpful, plenty of choice in store.
