manager Lynne L was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and couldnt do enough for us we left feeling very satisfied

The assistant Lizzie was very friendly and helpful. Explained different mattresses that we specified and left us to discuss without any pressure which was extremely good. Answered any questions we had too.

The representative was knowledgeable about the beds and was very attentive without being pushy she took time to answer all my questions and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure and relaxing

From start to finish my entire experience at the Dreams store (Cwmbran) was fantastic. The member of staff listened to my requirements and advised me accordingly.

Lynn L was fantastic as helping us make a decision. Firstly we couldn't decide on a colour and after talking to us and finding out what we were doing with our new house she narrowed our options down. Lynn introduced us to a display that we loved and then asked us about how we slept, if we had any current issues and again, helped us make a choice. After lying down and experiencing the comfort in store myself and my husband agreed we wanted exactly what we saw as the display. It was a beautiful grey tv bed with a tempur mattress and pillows - Soft for me, firm for my husband. Absolutely thrilled with our purchase and we cannot wait for it to arrive!

The overall visit was easy and accommodating. Tracey was friendly and knowledgeable of the products. We feel that we went away with a good deal.
