Very helpful staff,very friendly. Lots of choice, was very clean in the store. Was even offered a cup of tea or coffee. I would highly recommend dreams.

The assistant Tracey was knowledgeable & fully understanding of our needs & guided us to what we wanted / needed

I told the sales assistant what I was looking for and the price range, also what I have bought previously - and she took me to an appropriate item straight away. She also wasn't pushy at all. She was also extremely helpful in terms of delivery requirements.

From the moment we walked into the store, the sales lady was very knowledgeable about the item we were looking for but without being pushy. She gave us the advice we were looking for and made us feel very comfortable.

Tracey was immediately there to welcome us and advise us on selecting a mattress, then gave us time to discuss and decide before proceeding with the sale. Excellent service.

The staff were very good not pushy and very helpful when I needed help, not like Benson for beds very pushy, so I shall recommend dreams, excellent service, well done to your staff

Staff very helpful and friendly and resolved the issue regarding the bed we wanted not being available with sliding storage access,

Customer service by Lynne James was excellent, she offered her help initially and asked me if I wanted a hot drink,which I did and had a coffee. She allowed us to wander around the products and then came to our assistance when we required it. She was most helpful and friendly and took our order at the end with ease and explained everything to us. Overall it was a very pleasant visit. Thank you Lynne.

all my comments so far relate to my experience in the shop but as we are still awaiting delivery of the bed I can't comment on quality of the product
