Lynn made us feel very comfortable whilst we were choosing the perfect mattress for us, she showed us a few then gave us the space to test them out without pushing any in-particular. Her customer service was very good, although the computers were playing up (which was no fault of hers). Very Satisfied with our purchase and extras that Lynn offered us.

Everything was highly efficient friendly and the store was lovely and clean and well laid out Tracey was extremely friend l y and welcome us with a smile and offered a refreshment.Tracey was not overpowering and came to us when we needed help.

I was greeted with a friendly smile , (Izzy )she was very helpful with great product knowledge, I didn’t feel at all pressured and was even given a cup of tea ,very happy with the choice of bed , overall experience very happy.

Having received superb service on a purchase of a bed last year, I had no hesitation, despite living a fair distance away, to return to the store and the same member of staff. We have been served on both occasions by Tracey, who on our return this month, remembered us from last spring. Her product knowledge is superb! She has a lovely way of speaking to customers and her staff.
