I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams Cwmbran because to me the interest , friendliness and knowledge of the sales assistant is so so important.Especially when you are not sure what exactly you are looking for. These three ladies were everything you want and need in a sales person. They had all three requirements and more. I left feeling I now knew all that I needed to know and obviously felt fully confidant to buy there and then. Also, it was obvious that all three took great pride in their job and went about it with serious intent.If only all shops had their attitude wouldn't life be so much better.

We were more than satisfied with our experience at your dreams store when going to choose our new bed. We were given plenty of choice to choose from and the assistant was more than helpful and had a great deal of knowledge.

We were welcomed by Tracey on our visit who offered us all the care & assistance we required without ever being too pushy. She was extremely helpful & knowledgable about the products on offer and took the time to explain all the options available to us throughout our purchasing experience. If only other stores took their time to employ staff as excellent as Tracey is then in-store shopping would surely be on the rise again. Our Dreams experience has proved even though we live in the age of the internet you just can’t get better than a visit to the store when the staff are as good as she obviously is!

Lynne, dealt with my query & sorted the order promptly, professionally. Lynne was very helpful & knowledgeable, went above & beyond. Bravo.

The Lady who served us (Lynne L) was very helpful, she gave us lots of advise which was really good. Helped with the products we wanted and our requirements. After going to a competitor first who didn't have the knowledge or information we wanted, Lynne L showed how helpful the staff at Dreams are. Cant wait for our new bed to arrive. We were highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams store. We were served by Tracey who answered our queries fully and demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the products available helping us to make an informed choice.

Highly satisfied with staff and their knowledge of product, did not feel pressured into my purchase like other establishments . They were very polite caring in fact I had a nose bleed in the store when I was completing my paperwork and they were very helpful, They did not faint at the sight of blood, store very clean and I did notice that the staff were very smartly dressed and even down to their fingernails, they showed pride in their appearance. I will recommend your store to others especially the Cwmbran Store .

We were given all the information we require and then left to look at beds in our own time, the nice thing was we were not being pursued by sales staff. Lynne James was pleasant and informative, she also make a great cup of coffee.\

The assistant was very knowledgeable of the beds available and explained in detail the difference in the way the mattresses were made,making this easier to choose the correct one for our needs.
