Found the sleep assessment very useful as it narrowed down my options to 5 in-store mattresses and tallied with what I'd found out in my online research beforehand. Good range of beds from many manufacturers and staff knowledgeable and friendly. Even assisted my mother who became ill in-store. It was the second time I have used dreams and will definitely go back in the future.

Excellent customer service

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by lovely lady called Naomi. We were given time to look around on our own as requested and when we picked a frame she went through lots of mattresses with us. We must of tried 9 or 10. And our 3yr old was running around trying all the beds. We left to think and returned 2 days later. Naomi greeted us again and went over mattresses again. She was so kind and didn’t made us feel we were an inconvenience to her. She gave us all the info we needed and worked out different totals for options we had. Lovely service and made us feel relaxed

Very helpful staff as I phoned in advance to see if the bed I had viewed online was in store. Upon speaking with the assistant and looking in stores I actually purchased a different bed which was more suitable for my 4 year old. All staff were engaging and were so with my little one when I was placing the order. A few add ins I also purchased, one I went in for (pillows) and the second a suggestion.
