From the moment I walked into the store I knew exactly what we were looking for and were helped by your lovely assistant. She knew her products and was extremely polite and helpful.

No problems

We visited several different bed shops. We bought the bed we bought from you because the assistant listened to our needs and showed us ones she thought were suitable. She was bang on! After trying a lot of mattresses elsewhere we knew we found the right one. After showing us 'the one' Lizzie left us to make our decision, keeping in earshot distance in case we needed anything. We left the store that day without buying it, as we were concerned we were over our budget. We went back 2 days later and was again greeted by Lizzie where she went through all our questions. At that point we were very happy to purchase our new bed. Lizzie was a total joy to deal with. Totally professional and a credit to your company.

Lynne was super friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She spent the best part of an hour helping us to make the right choice, we also had a fantastic cup of tea!

Our assistant today could not have done more for us . She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and when I was not sure she advised me to go back and try the beds out again . 5 star rating for Tracey .

Very quickly attended to. Original delivery date was a bit long so the manager Lynn emailed your courier and managed to get an earlier date. Brilliant service

Great experience overall. We never felt rushed or that we were being over sold any of the products unlike the other well known stores we had visited previously. We were given really valuable advice which was very much appreciated as we were spending such a lot of money. Tracey, the assistant manager was brilliant, even offered us a cup of tea! She gave us sound advice but ultimately let us to make the final decision on which bed we should buy. She was always on hand to answer any of our queries whilst at the same time leaving us alone to discuss our options. We left the store with a smile on our face knowing that Dreams was the right choice and very much looking forward to the delivery of our new bed!!
