Lynne L at Dreams Cwmbran branch clearly explained the options available and was able to answer all of our queries. We were given time to assess the products available without feeling pressured and it made for a pleasant experience.

The expurience I had from walking through the door to making a purchase was highly pleasurable and comfortable. This was due to the great customer service I received from all the staff but in particular Lynne L. The staff were honest, respectful of my needs and I felt at home. I commended all the staff during my visit but I am glad of this opportunity to express and share my opinions with others.

The service was excellent and efficient. The lady who helped me, Lizzie, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and a massive help.

Friendly staff quick delivery

The standard of service we received today was excellent. We were helped to make our choices by the lovely store manager Lynne L. The store was very welcoming with no pushy sales staff, which was so refreshing and relaxing. We will definitely be recommending this store and will visit for future purchases.
