I was surprised at how 'scientific' choosing a mattress is nowadays. Also, I hadn't realised how many options of mattress there are!

This is was a hassle free experience. I was not hounded by the staff. I had windowed shopped on the website and spoke with your contact centre before going into the store. The male call handler was very courteous and polite which gave me confidence to go and purchase the item. In store again the lady was very helpful and I made a very quick decision based on the excellent customer service I received throughout.

Was assisted with everything that need help with. Able to match to what suits us. Excited to have a bed that fits perfectly

I visisted 5 weeks prior and saw the item but decided to look around. 5 week had gone by and on the off chance I rang to see if the item was still available. I visited within the hour and left within 20 mins having paid and packed the items in the car with the help of the lovely assistant.

We were welcomed when we entered the store, the assistant Tracey was extremely helpful and was very understanding in finding out what we needed.
