The service was great the sales person very knowledgeable. How ever we took the pillow home with us. This made my neck and back ache really bad I hope the mattress does the job when we get it

Tracey the assistant manager who helped us with our purchase was very professional and informative. The ability to try the sleep technology bed was very useful when selecting the mattress that was most suitable for us. We were not rushed when making our decision to purchase and the availability to book a delivery time slot was very much appreciated.

On arrival at the Dreams store, we were met with a professional and pleasant attitude, especially by the Dreams colleague Lizzie. She not only spent time explaining our choices, but also offered us refreshments in the form of a good cup of tea to my partner. I declined through choice. Lizzie showed me a comparable bed base which I had requested viewing, and a tape measure for my own requirements. My partner also purchased some other items. Overall the whole procedure was pleasant, professional, and without any pressure to purchase, only good advice etc.
