The assistant was friendly and knowledgable. No pressure to buy, willing to listen and very helpful.

Tracey was extremely polite, very helpful in finding a suitable product and allowed us time to make our decision. She also makes very good tea.

We were given top-class assistance by the Dreams colleague(Tracey). Even though we were late arriving at the store (Cwmbran), and past the store's official closing time, this did not matter to Tracey. She was very professional whilst remaining friendly and very helpfull. I cannot praise her enough, and if anyone deserves a pay rise/promotion then it is her. The quality of the merchandice we sampled was very high and I hope we will be just as pleased with our purchase for years to come. But generally very pleased with our visit today.

Friendly salesperson was really helpful and down to earth and honest gave me plenty of info about products and time to make my mind up. Unlike the lady in bensons, who was pressuring me to buy a bed as soon as I asked for help couldn't wait to leave!

Upon arriving at the store, we were welcomed with a warm smile by Tracey, who helped us find our dream bed! Were it not for her assistance, I would have been less likely to have made any purchase at all! Tracey has an amazing personality and extensive knowledge on all the products that were available. She made what would have been a very stressful shopping trip a very delightful one! I will definitely be returning to Tracey when I buy another bed, if nothing else I must return for another cup of coffee! Thank you Tracey!
