Easy convenient polite helpful informative nice cup of tea

I went into dream with 0 expectation. I always thought that the prices would be out of my budget . From beginning to end , I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Lynne L who was absolutely brilliant . I bought the bed, mattress, headboard and bedding for the budget that I had set which is why I am highly satisfied with my experience .

Lynne was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, explained what the 3 for 2 meant, very easy to decide, easy to order, explained to delivery time schedule and where it would be coming from. Very happy with my visit will definitely be going back repurchase again. Thank you Lynne James

The Assistant, that doesn't give Lynne the credit that she is due. The total experience of visit was enhanced by her knowledge and understanding of our requirements. I would have no issue in recommending my friends to approach her if ever they went into Dreams on the Cwmbran Estate.

The products we were shown of which their were several gave us multiple options at various prices. The items we bought suited our specific needs ans within or price range. The assistant wie dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products she was selling.

Naomi was excellent and no hard sell, which was refreshing.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lynne L who showed us the Dreams Computer Bed which could tell which mattress would suit you and your partner in a 3 minute trial just by the way you laid on it. After a few shops and looking around we literally found our perfect mattress within 5 minutes of our results being given and was perfect for us as we went for the mattress which had a firm/soft sides.

ASSISTANT TRACEY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL, KNOWING EXACTLY HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BED FOR US.

I got seen by a lovely lady called tracey the store in cwmbran she helped me find the right bed i was fully satisfied in the bed, she offered me a drink which i found was very lovely of her and she very helpful
