We were really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were welcoming, very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing lady at Cwmbran store gave us help, information, quotes and print out of the items we were interested in. This member of staff was outstanding, Lynne James is a star 🌟!!! She gave us a lovely welcome and helped us place our order for all the items for a complete bedroom, even though we were only popping in for a quick look 😀 she has been thorough and keeping us fully informed all along. She deserves this review and a promotion, my husband and I are over the moon with our customer service, I just hope our items are just as excellent when they are delivered.

The sales person, Lynne James, was very friendly and helpful. She gave us time to decide what mattress we wanted after letting us try several mattresses. She did not pressure us.

The store colleague Tracey (093A020151) who assisted me could not do enough to help me find the right bed. She was kind, friendly and extremely patient with a 70+ year old lady.

I had completed the dreams machine and tested a few of the recommended beds. They were all perfect so I went for the best priced mattress. The staff offered me water and tea and it was all completed very hassle free and quickly. I got to choose the delivery date which perfectly matched when I move to my new home. So very impressed and will return when I need a mattress for my spare room

The person who served us was very polite did'nt overly bombard us as soon as got into store lets us look around then asked if he could help us in anyway .He took us around and explained the quality of materess .Also when buying the product he went through every detail and showed us the details on the computer Fantastic.
