Naomi made us feel at ease when we entered the store, her product knowledge was very informative, and we used the machine to tell us what type of mattress we needed, we were offered a tea/coffee and also offered a drink to our son. Looking forward to receiving our mattress and having a good night's sleep.

Tracey your salesperson was excellent, she greeted us in a friendly manner, used the machine to gage our needs and sold us the top of the range without bother. She was a good listener and helpful throughout the whole process - she is a credit to your brand.

There was a huge good choice of beds and mattresses. The store was clean and tidy. Tracey came straight over to help us with choosing a bed. We told her what we were looking for. She asked us what our price range was to give her a good idea what to show us She showed us a range of different types of mattresses which we tried out. She was helpful, full of advice and very cheerful. She offered us a drink while sorting out our order. Very good overall service.

We visited 2 different stores. We used your machine in Cardiff and narrowed our choices of mattress. We eventually ordered in Cwmbran as this was closer to home. Both staff members from each store gave us all the info that was required and ensured we understood the products available.

Assistant very polite and helpful and made us feel comfortable.
