Happy to be dealt with straight away offered tea and coffee although we didn't except. Happy helpful staff very clean. Parking was good.

We visited your Cwmbran store on Saturday morning. The store was quiet and the assistants said good morning as we came thru the door, we went upstairs to look at the bed frames and were given some private time before a Dreams assistant came up and offered help. The name of the assistant was Lynne and she answered all our questions, offered some advice and then gave us time to talk privatley and make our decision. Lynne was thorough with her explanation and quick running through the sales details and we explained we didn't have much time. We were very happy with the level of customer service we recieved from Lynne.

Naomi was quick to establish contact with us. Her friendly manner guided us through the process of selecting what we hope will be the right mattress for us. Naomi gave great descriptions of each product we tried. My tip would be that Naomi didn't really establish budget and start with the most expensive option. This could perhaps be reversed and work up to that expensive option. Naomi engaged the store manager who worked with us to create a great option for which we are grateful.

Lizzie looked after us brilliantly. She gave us time to browse at our leisure, answered all of our queries clearly and made excellent tea!

The manager, Lynne L who helped us was clear about the quality of the product we bought. There was no pressure put on us and we were confident that we were getting value for money.
