Sales assistant very knowledgable and spent time to find out details of what I wanted. She was patient ,having me lie on the tester and on numerous beds until I was happy.She offered refreshments.

Lynne L the manager helped us in all aspects, from the time we entered the store encouraged us to try the specific mattress for the beds we choose until we were satisfied overall we were happy

We were assisted by Tracey, who was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and frames. We were shown how to use the Dream machine in order to choose a suitable mattress. She talked us through the different mattress fillings and firm levels as we tried them, and we were able to choose a mattress within a relatively short (and painless) timeframe!

We were served by Naomi and she was very keen and knowledgeable. Her sales technique meant that we used the sleep match to narrow down the mattresses we looked at, this worked effectively.

We were treated with respect & not as if WE didn't know what we wanted. Lizzie, the assistant was very helpful & explained the products in detail.

We were served by Lizzie who was amazing, really helpful and informative. Spent time with us but also let us look around for ourselves so we didn’t feel pressured. She took care of all our needs and we loved the bed assessment area really good.
