The deputy store manager who served us was attentive without being pushy. She had an excellent knowledge of the product that we were interested in buying and had a very pleasant way of dealing with us.

Staff member dealing with us Lynne L was extremely knowledgable about the products. Did a bed assessment, then showed us our options explaining what was best and why. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent with us.

The help and advice I was given was 1st class,not rushed into anything was told take your time which made me more relaxed.

The assistant manager Tracey at the Cwmbran store was fantastic. Knowledgable, patient and professional. The sleep machine is a fantastic addition to the store and gave us confidence when choosing a mattress to suit our needs and specifications. Drinks offered during the visit. Tracey was amazing with our little girl and really did a super job!

We came in looking for a bed and the assistant Tracey Smith was amazing very accommodating offered drinks and explained the correct bed for our needs,very impressed with the service,will continue to use dreams in the future

Staff very helpful and friendly. Large display of beds and mattresses to try to ensure we obtained the moat suitable one for our needs.

The store was presented extremely well to the point we could see how everything would look in our own home. The staff were extremely friendly and took time to find us the best deals available, I was even offered a cup of tea!
