Naomi and all the staff for that matter were amazing fantastic knowledge and so friendly couldn't fault them in any way. We were treated like their friends we felt so comfortable talking to them all. We were such awkward customers asking questions and changing our minds more times than we change our clothes but they remained calm and so positive throughout I highly recommend the staff and store excellent!!

We visited this store twice on the first visit we spoke to Tracey about what we wanted and about the unique circumstances of why we needed an adjustable bed, Tracey talked us through the different options available within our budget. We won't home to discuss what we were going to do and returned the following week where we spoke to Lynne. L who was aware of why we was there and continued to help us decide on what matress would be best. Both colleagues were extremely helpfull and understanding.

A very friendly and knowledgeable lady was invaluable. She gave us plenty of time to choose and try out the mattresses. No pressure whatsoever. Answered our questions. Would be happy to return to this store.

Quick and easy and very helpful

We have shopped at dreams previously we have bought beds for our adult children and just recently our daughter has upgraded there bed. We knew our experience in dreams would be good.

Because Naomi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was really friendly too and made it easy to find out right bed & mattress, etc.
