As soon as we entered the store the assistant acknowledge us and helped us get the correct product for my back. Even when we said that we would check the prices out at a neighbouring store before we made our minds up, the assistant was still extremely polite. Upon our return the assistant remembered the product we had been looking at and helped us purchase the item. It was nice to have that professional and friendly assistant helping us without being too pushy to sell a product.

Very friendly and efficient customer service. I explained exactly what I wanted and the sales person was able to point me in right direction answering all questions with ease

Until we went in we were not aware of the test to see which mattress was suitable but this was excellent.The Dreams colleague who assist us was Tracey who was also excellent and also provided us with a cup of coffee while she showed us the mattresses.

The assistant Lynne James (no relation) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The bed test software was very good and helped me to choose which mattress I wanted. Tracey was helpful and addressed all my queries and concerns that my mum and I had during our visit. Quick and free delivery made our choice easier and the option of recycling the old mattress is amazing

Store was well laid out, bright and airy, nice welcome with "Welcome to Dreams" by the assistant manager. Good customer interaction.

Lizzie the Sales Asst was exceptional - friendly, knowledgable and not pushy, just helpful - and it felt like she just wanted us to get what we wanted and that it was suitable.

The service given by our consultant was extremely good, very confident knowledge of the product, not pushy, very friendly and helpful. The lady, Tracey did not rush us through the process she took time to show us all the possible mattresses that the computer generated. Time was given for us to make up our minds, even when we left to be on neutral grounds we were not made to feel that we were being disloyal by going elsewhere for a tea and a think. When we returned i was made to feel valued and again talked through my choice and all expectations were fully met. Finance was discussed fully and clearly. Our consultant Tracey was professional throughout.

Friendly salesperson (Tracey) and she was able to help us out quickly and find us a suitable bed at a fairly good price

The store assistant was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for us it was delivered within a few days so hopefully only good nights sleep ahead
