We dealt with Lynne in the Cwmbran branch and she was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at. She explained from a fact perspective and from her own personal experiences with the mattress we chose. She gave us ample time to try the mattresses and in the end we felt we got the right one for us.
