We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. We were advised to take advantage of the simulated bed in order to assess both my husband's and my individual needs. We found that a very interesting experience !! Our Dreams advisor showed us a good selection of suitable mattresses, from very expensive to middle range prices,and allowed us, without persuasion to decide on the one that suited us best.

I think it was Tracey, she was the assistant manager was excellent with us and made the experience exquisite.
