my wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and at ease by your store assistant at the Cwmbran branch. Tracey guided us through the automated comfort mattress bed. very pleasant having a lay down whilst making a purchase. very knowledgeable about your products coffee and tea superb. we were shown a selection of mattresses that were recommended and tried them all. we came to a decision without any persuasion from tracey. the purchase prosses from start to finish was excellent and straight forward. even the old mattress collection was explained in an easy and professional manner. all in all a very satisfying experience. thank you to tracey who made a painful process of parting with money a lot easier
